Soft Country estate wedding

Lauren and Ryan's wedding took place at Seven Springs, a country estate outside of Richmond, Virginia. They let the beautiful, lush venue stand on its own and opted for simple design with soft touches of sage, peach and ivory throughout.

The rundown:

Guest Count: 145
"Theme"/ Vibe: Romantic, Earthy and Family Focused
Dinner: Food Stations
Planning package: Partial Planning with Ciera

Planner's Notes:

As event planners themselves, Lauren with the American Heart Association and Ryan with several brand launches, they understood the importance of handing over the reigns to an experience coordinator. Working with them meant plenty of Google Docs, print outs of objectives for meetings, and fully prepared decor boxes by table type prior to the wedding day.

Throughout the process it was inevitable that family was most important aspect. Most importantly, it was about making sure that those close to them were relaxed and could enjoy an amazing party and memorable wedding weekend. We created very soft and romantic lighting using several candles, votives and small oil lanterns, in addition to string lights. We incorporated magnolia leaf blooms from the trees surrounding Seven Springs on the escort, sign in, and gift tables.

And if sparklers weren't enough, they completed their send off with awesome light up sneakers designed by their friend overseas.
